One of the first questions I ask is: what do you want a visitor to do? The answer usually tells us how big the site needs to be.

Start with a landing page when…

  • You have one offer and want to see if people want it.
  • You're collecting sign-ups, bookings or pre-orders.
  • You're running ads or sharing one link from social media.

A single focused page converts better than a site full of menus, because there's only one thing to do on it.

Go for a full website when…

  • You have several services or products that need their own space.
  • People need to trust you before they buy: about, reviews, case studies.
  • You want to show up in Google for lots of different searches.

Or build something in between

Most of my projects start as a landing page and grow page by page as the business proves itself. That's the beauty of a monthly setup: the website grows with the idea instead of being guessed at on day one.
